Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges
We make every effort to process your order in 24-48 business hours. After your order is placed, you can expect to receive it within 2-7 business days. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer expedited shipping methods through USPS.
When placing international orders, please be aware that certain countries charge additional import fees that are out of our control. Before placing an international order, please be sure to check if your country charges these fees. We are not aware of any import fees ahead of time and therefore cannot cover these charges.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns at this time. Please be aware that all items are final sale.
Please know we will always do our best to help rectify any situation. If there is an issue with any of our products, we highly encourage our customers to reach out to us with concerns so that we can solve any issues.
We currently do not offer exchanges.
We replace all items if they are defective or damaged. We do not refund damaged items unless the item is out of stock. We only replace exact product and shade that is damaged. We require a picture of the damaged item sent to email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt. Please email image of damaged product and delivery box.
